Er. Deepak Lochan Adhikari is a senior development professional with more than 35 years of experience in natural resources management, civil engineering, agriculture, irrigation, and rural infrastructure development. He holds an M.Sc. in Natural Resources Management from Pokhara University and an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Tajik Polytechnic Institute. He has led numerous agriculture, irrigation, and rural development projects and contributed to research and technical guidelines for piped water supply, rainwater harvesting, and micro-irrigation technologies.

Dr. Dhurba Pant is a senior development specialist with extensive experience in development sociology, rural development, socio-economic research, and natural resource management. He holds a Ph.D. in Development Sociology, an M.Sc. in Rural Sociology, and an M.A. in Economics. He has served as a senior consultant on national and international development projects, with expertise in social inclusion, stakeholder engagement, participatory planning, socio-economic research, water resources management, project management, and quality assurance.

Er. Umanath Devkota is a senior development and engineering professional with more than 35 years of experience in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), environmental management, rural water supply, and community development. He holds an M.Sc. in Environmental Management and an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering. He has extensive experience in Water Use Master Plan surveys, WASH planning, community mobilization, participatory rural appraisal, monitoring and evaluation, and integrated water resource planning.

Mr. Binod Paudel is a development communication and governance professional with more than 25 years of experience in project management, research, governance, media, and social accountability. He is currently the Executive Director of Right to Access Nepal. He has managed and implemented donor-funded projects in good governance, WASH, education, livelihoods, agriculture, community development, and social accountability.

Ms. Tika Ale Magar is an experienced finance and accounting professional with a BBS and over 10 years of experience with RAN, along with three years of experience in the cooperative sector. She has managed accounting, financial documentation, budgeting, expenditure tracking, reporting, and compliance for more than 30 development programs, including projects supported by IWRM, USAID/WWF Hariyo Ban, NARDF, and Buddhist Tzu Chi Charity Foundation. Her expertise in donor-funded project accounting and financial management contributes to RAN's financial accountability and effective program implementation.
